The competition site is located near Selcuk, a historically significant area of Izmir. The aim of the design was to create a sacred space for youth where they would be able to use for self-expression, leisure, entertainment, education, and contemplation. The building is composed of two connected wings surrounded by semi-open boundaries and playful landscape elements.
