49 Yesilkoy is a multifamily residential project located in an upscale neighborhood within the city. The main challenge of the design was bringing a high-end sensibility with contemporary materials and proportions in the difficult setback and zoning requirements. The result is a high-end building with geometric simplicity, resolved with high-quality materials that do not intend to repeat imprecise real estate development projects that focus on kitschy spectacle.
