The Beyazit State Library is located in Beyazit Square, one of the most significant public space in the historical peninsula and old Istanbul. A small portion of the library dedicated to temporary exhibitions of manuscripts and old books. Display plinths designed to accommodate different sizes of manuscripts and books in a fast pace exhibition setups. Materiality and tectonics of the display plinths also reflects the context.
